Within Pavlok’s email ecosystem, I manage everything from weekly newsletters to nurture and purchase flows to promotional campaigns, accounting for a substantial 26% of our total revenue. Some metrics I track include email open rates, CTR and conversion rates, placed order rates, and revenue per recipient.

Since joining Pavlok, I’ve helped lead the successful launch of new products on Indiegogo, driving $500k+ in funding through strategic pre- and post-launch email campaigns.

The Pavlok blog serves as a top-of-the-funnel (TOFU) asset designed to educate and engage our customer base. I spearheaded its redesign and take pride in managing and overseeing it. I’m also its sole contributor, providing insights and practical tips on the latest trends in health and wellness, specifically behavioral psychology—helping guide our audience toward a happier, healthier lifestyle.

I keep track of the usual suspects when it comes to KPIs such as organic traffic growth, click-throughs, and page views, but also monitor reader engagement metrics like average time on page, scroll depth, and bounce rate to ensure our content is resonating and garnering meaningful interactions like newsletter subscriptions and click-throughs.
